How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
What is the return policy?
  DOGO accepts returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged, refunded to your credit card, or for store credit. For all credit card refunds a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. 

Please note: Most returns can be avoided by proper measurement. Please utilize our size charts before ordering. For any questions about sizing please contact us. 

To return please contact us by phone or email including your invoice number, and reason for returning. Once authorized, we will issue a RMA number and return instruction. DO NOT send your items back without a RMA number – it will NOT be processed. Items must be postmarked 7 days from date of RMA issuing. You will need to pay for return shipping, but DOGO will ship any exchanged merchandise free of charge within the lower 48 states.

Returns must follow the criteria below: 
• Item(s) original tags must not be removed 
• Item(s) must have original packaging 
• Item(s) must not be used or contain any pet hair 
• Seasonal and holiday items, including but not limited to Halloween costumes may only be exchanged for a different size 
• Dog toys are all final sale – no return or exchange 

Returned items that do not meet the above rules will be denied and sent back to you.
When will my order ship?
  Your order will usually ship within 48 business hours.  Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order has been shipped.
